The technician that came out to repair our garage and replace our springs in addition to installing new rollers was Matthew Murphy. Matt showed up right on time and after examining our garage door, he took the time to explain what the problems were and the options we had to repair it, along with the various detailed costs for each repair. Matt was quick and efficient doing the repairs. Additionally, he was very personable. I would recommend Precision Door Repairs to anyone.

Chris did a very good job explaining the cause of my old automatic garage door opener - power outages causing the malfunction. Opted to replace the garage door opener with a new one with battery backup function. Chris was very polite.

Garage door broke Sunday evening. Called 24/7 number and had a service rep (Mark-ask for him if you can, he's good) arrive Monday morning. He checked the door & quoted repair price, but I opted for a replacement. New door is scheduled for install in 2 weeks at a fair price. Very satisfied with this company.

It never fails when the weather is frigid that a person isn’t thinking about the garage door and the hatchback door of my car being open. Definitely did not meet expectations, 1000 dollars to replace springs, what a joke, I really hope people do their research, and compare prices. Also to charge 85.00 no matter what, is insane. For 85.00 bucks I found replacement springs and will do myself. I love my money back as well, complete scam!!!!!!! I would no stars if I could
