It has been one of those weeks where everything went wrong. So, when we closed our garage door and the spring broke that was the last straw. We called Precision garage door service. Excellent overall. Very prompt reply, schedule and service. Victor was very professional and did his job quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with everything regarding this service call. I also just cancelled America Home Shield. The best they could do was Wednesday next week. It would have only cost me a $100 vs $1,000 but could not wait for that kind of service response.

I would recommend this company to anybody. Had a problem with my garage door opener, called and they were out within a half an hour and fixed it. I could not be happier with this company and if unfortunately, I have a problem in the future I’ll call them.

Our garage door decided not to open on a Saturday afternoon. I called Precision and they offered to come out the following day or Tuesday afternoon. It wasn't an emergency so I opted for Tuesday. Chris was our technician who was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and was great with explaining exactly what our problem was and was able to give us a quick fix to get it to work for us. We ended up ordering a new garage door along w/ other parts that wouldn't last much longer, but we probably wouldn't have done that without Chris' assistance & guidance. Hopefully he comes out to replace it in a few weeks. Thank you for being amazing!!

I am very pleased with Precision and would call in the future if necessary. My garage door stopped opening and closing. Greg immediately troublshooted the problem. Fees were quite reasonable so I also had a keypad added ( I only had my car remote opener before)

Greg came out today to repair the spring on our single door. We needed a few other items replaced as well. He was very thorough, and gave me 3 quotes for repairs. I asked about a new door and got a quote for that which was twice the repairs so we are going with new door. He could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable and helpful!!! So far I’m impressed with the company but they have not done actual work yet, so we will see how that goes. Right now I would recommend this company

I had Tom from precision garage door out today! He was extremely personable, well spoken, and easy to understand. When I asked a few questions. He answered very honestly and directly, which I appreciate. At the end of the day, we worked very diligently and still spent quite some time here to make sure everything was perfect approximately 2+ hours to completely reset the door on the Friday night when people should be home with their children. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Tom and precision garage door to others.

Precision installed my garage opener 2 years ago. My spring was old and broke and contacted them to replace them. They gave us new rollers, cable and springs. Victor did a wonderful service. He was very professional. I recommend this company they are really reliable and professional people.
