Garage Doors were making quite a noise while operated. We have had these doors for over 35 years. Chris Shray, the technician came and repaired and did an overhaul of our garage doors and they are in very good operating condition again. Chris Shray was very proffessional and courteous. Did a search on line. Precision Garage Door Service web site was well done and it was backed-up by being able to communicate with a person.

Excellent customer service from the company and the technician, Mark Carter. We were notified of his arrival with ample lead time to assure everything was ready for him. He arrived on time and his demeanor was such that he was able to make an immediate connection. He described in detail what he was going to inspect and began the service call shortly after getting to the house. Mark was very thorough in his assessment and made sure everything he found that required attention was communicated clearly to us. He also made certain that we were aware of the cost before moving forward with any service. Once he received our approval, Mark worked quickly and competently to bring our two garage doors up to safety and maintenance standards.
