Tried to upsell me even though I told him I sold the house today. Also garage door opener for a two car garage came with only one remote ! That's ridiculous.

Thanks for your feedback John. I understand your not wanting to put more money into a house you are selling, but if the door slams down from the Header, it is unsafe and reason your opener broke. This is not an upsell. This is the technicians honest advice.

I called for an emergency repair for a snapped cable. Customer support was professional, and efficient. I called at 7:30 p.m. and the technician was at my door by 8 p.m. The technician, Tom, called in advance and arrived in a professional vehicle. Tom is friendly, and an excellent communicator, and solid technician. He provided options for service, and we were able to arrive at a resolution. We fixed the issues, and at no time was there heavy pressure to spend more than necessary to get my door working. Considering this was an emergency call, well after hours, I feel the rate was fair. The door works again, and I recommend without reservation.
