There was a bit of a delay in ordering the doors. That being said, OUR NEW GARAGE DOORS LOOK ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. We have received quite a few compliments from our neighbors. On the day of installation, the gentlemen spent many hours making sure that the job was done well. Came back the next day to do finishing touches.

Our prior Garage door service provider is no longer in business, so when my opener died yesterday, I was a little nervous about who to go to. I did some research, found out that a friend has used this company and I called. I love the 24/7 live operator service. Christine was pleasant and scheduled a service appt for today, at a time that worked for me. Today, Leo arrived EARLY and quickly diagnosed the problem, installed the new opener and taught me how to use the new one. All my contact with this company has been pleasant, easy and prompt. Great experience! One of the cables broke the night before. I called the next day and they were out on the same day. In a few minutes, after a thorough inspection they confirmed my suspicions; they old spring system was not adequate for my door. They replaced the old system with a new torsion type, replaced the rollers and bottom seal and even ran the wires and mounted the safety eyes checking their work every step of the way. The technicians were professional and courteous. They called before coming over and followed up with a call when they were stuck in the typical 22 traffic nightmare. Very happy with the upgrade! The door is quieter than it ever was and when disengaged from the opener is light enough to open with two fingers. (Note: It was never that easy to open even with two hands) I will definitely call them again when the old opener eventually fails. (It is 15 years old now so it will happen but I am not worried because I have the number to Precision Doors!)

I am very pleased. The young technician, Leo, called me and told me what time he’d arrive, and he was right on time. Told me what needed to be done to fix the existing door, gave me the estimate, and amount of time he would need to fix it. Again, right on time. The door is now more quiet, and running smoothly. Leo was very courteous, my only issue was, he was wearing a New England Patriots hat. Haha!!! Job well done!
