Brian, the general manager, came out on a Sunday from Bucks County, and due to communication issues with another technician, he fixed my door perfectly free of charge. This is truly believing in the quality of work that you provide customers and taking pride in your service. I am grateful that my door is back intact.

Review:

I called for an emergency repair for a snapped cable. Customer support was professional, and efficient. I called at 7:30 p.m. and the technician was at my door by 8 p.m. The technician, Tom, called in advance and arrived in a professional vehicle. Tom is friendly, and an excellent communicator, and solid technician. He provided options for service, and we were able to arrive at a resolution. We fixed the issues, and at no time was there heavy pressure to spend more than necessary to get my door working. Considering this was an emergency call, well after hours, I feel the rate was fair. The door works again, and I recommend without reservation.
