This business is terrific. I called and was told that someone would arrive for evaluation of the needed repair and maintenance on my garage doors within about 2 hours. Their service manager, Tom, arrived as promised. He did a complete evaluation of my 2 doors, gave me some alternatives, and offered me a better solution than I had even considered, all at a very fair price. I accepted the offer and Aaron, one of their service technicians was here shortly to work with Tom and complete the job. My wife and I are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Precision Door Service as a result. Much appreciated!

I found the company online and was interested because they offer same day service. It was perfect for me because I ended up being off due to the weather. Even though we had ugly weather they were still able to come same day and do an estimate and then install everything in a few hours. Both Brian and Aaron were wonderful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. From my initial phone call to inquire about costs, service and to schedule appointment to the workmen performing the necessary repairs and updates to my garage door opener, including rollers, springs, new opener install, etc. I was treated with the utmost professionalism, promptness and kindness. First I must say how much I appreciate your informative website. The repair tech arrived when expected and got right to work to assess the damage. He explained everything in detail and by informing me of wear on existing parts, he let me decide the extent of the repair. Best of all, he didn't try to sell me on something I really didn't need. Cable on our garage door snapped and door wouldn't close. Called around 6pm in the evening and someone was here by 8am. Showed us another possible problem which he fixed also and we were glad he did, didn't want to have to call again in a few months. Repair person was knowledgable and helpful when asked questions. Wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again if we have an issue.

Barbara, Yeah, we work em like dogs in the cold weather. LOL Yeah, Tom is a great guy. Probably in his best mood when it's cold. That whole week were some of the coldest days I can remember in a while. Glad we could help. Leo from Precision Door showed up promptly at 12:30, as promised by the call center. He inspected our garage door opener and made recommendations, explaining the costs of several options. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and I never felt any pressure to purchase anything. Once I made my decision he got right to work doing the repairs I had requested-and finished in about an hour! I am very impressed with Leo and Precision Door and recommend them to everyone!
