I got excellent service from both AJ and Tom. It was a tricky project, given some old and worn parts on the door, but despite needing to do considerably more than initially planned, they stood by the original estimate. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Found them when I went online and it was a good decision on my part. They worked with my schedule and came when it was convenient for me and the service tech was excellent. Everything about my experience with Precision was excellent from beginning to end. My initial phone call was very pleasant and it was easy to schedule next-day service for my broken garage door. My technician, Gabriel, was a little late because of traffic. I was not happy, but when he arrived he was such a pleasant person and so competent as a mechanic I was very happy. He was so good he was able to diagnose my problem immediately. He changed my rollers, my springs and the cables. The door now works like new. Great five star service. I would recommend Gabriel to everyone.

monday after easter my garage door went on the fritz.so i called my garage door co .they said someone will call you in the morning. so morning came and i called them and they said thurs they can come.that didnt work.i called precision door service,in1hour and 45 min a 2 very nice workers showed up looked at problem and advised me of cost.the job was done very clean finish up and answered all my questions.i now have a new door co.also beth was great with follow up and call back great service jack l.
