It was a pleasure to deal with precision garage doors. The initial phone call to start the process was quick and easy. They offered a variety of time frames for available service. Once Greg the technician, came to the house he evaluated what was wrong with my door. He was knowledgeable friendly and explained everything he was going to do and what was wrong thoroughly. Once he was done it was a drastic improvement on my door. It works great and is much quieter! The entire process was great!

service was prompt but price was excessive for what was done. 2 cables and 2 springs and 2 pulleys and a $ 400 plus dollar bill after radio and senior citizen discounts. Heard ad on radio though I d give you a try, but never again.

I choose Precision because they had professionally trained technicians and they were insured. We are very pleased with the entire experience. All aspects of the service was thoroughly explained. Everything happened as described. The new doors are exactly what I had hoped for. We were given several options to either repair or replace and we choose replace. Tom did a very professional job of explaining what needed to be done to fix our garage door. The only comment I have is, it would have been nice to use the senior discount plus the $15.00 coupon, since anyone can use the $15.00 coupon, seniors then don't get to use the senior discount. Springs , rollers and cables were replaced.

Everything about the service was excellent. I appreciated the offer of an emergency call out that i canceled after I figure out a way to close my stuck open door. I appreciated that you had the brand x part that had broken that I couldn't find on the internet. Your tech didn't just replace a part which is something I could do if I had it. He made sure it operated smoothly via some adjustments I wouldn't know how to do. Now it goes up and down better than the day it was installed by one of your competitors about 12 years ago. He also fixed the broken electric eye and got us a new opener and explained what to do if we had a problem with it in the future. Altogether from start to finish it was timely excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service.

Watch out for these people. Came over and started with one price that was high in itself but I needed the work done. Then they started to add on services until the bill was twice what they started with. Also refused to go back and do just the required service using warranty and liability as an excuse to do a complete overhaul. The garage door and supporting equipment are not that old. Only need the secondary springs changed. Only one was actually broken. I sent them packing. Called another company, came out same day and replaced the two springs for $125. Much better than the $575. that Precision wanted.

I got in my car to go to work and the garage door wouldn't open more than 6 inches. I had no idea what was going on so I went where every other homeowner goes...Youtube! When I realized this wasn't a simple fix I found Precision Door and was impressed by the service. They took all of my information, gave me a quick appointment, Tom called to let me know his eta, and arrived as promised. He gave full explanations about the issue, didn't over sell me on anything, told me about the website coupons, and completed the job within an hour. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This is a great family owned business, that takes pride in there work. I had them install garage doors at my home in Bethlehem along with my home in the Pocono’s. I got excellent service from both AJ and Tom. It was a tricky project, given some old and worn parts on the door, but despite needing to do considerably more than initially planned, they stood by the original estimate. I couldn't have asked for better service.
