The service technician, Gabe, was on time, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I purchased the Precision Pro 900 garage door opener, and after installation, this is the QUIETEST that my garage has ever opened and closed! At the end of the installation the service technicial walked me through the work that he performed, explained the warranty, benefits, and answered any product related question that I had. I called Precision after viewing their website and getting a quote by phone. Had 2 new belt driven openers installed promptly by “Gabriel” who was excellent!
