I have dealt with Precision twice now and each time was a pleasure. Had a garage door opener that worked well, until it didn’t. Seemed to be an intermittent issue that I was able to deal with for 6 months, until I finally decided to just purchase a new opener. Greg was my technician both times. He’s very personable and knowledgeable about his business and products. I felt confident in my choice and he even helped me set up the app to operate my garage door with my cell phone! Precision Doors had an appointment at my neighbor's house and I lost my garage door remote so I was hoping they could squeeze me in while they were here in the area they waived the service charge because they were right next door and they were very accommodating and I was up and running in under 20 minutes.
