From the initiating phone call through the performance of the actual repairs, everything was done in an outstanding and professional manner. Horrible experience. Technician wasn’t experienced at all. Technician didnt have right parts. Technician asked me if I have that part available. Even spoke to manager about the issue and asked if he could come or send different technician to fix the he problem. Manager was very unprofessional.do not recommend anyone to take their service. This first time and it will be my last time to work with them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I called Precision Garage Door shortly before 5:00 and I was greeted with a friendly and professional staff person. I told her what my problem was and she was able to schedule a convenient time the very next day. She also informed me who the tech would be who would make my repair. She further gave me a breakdown of charges and told me the tech would call me when he was enroute to my location. The next day, everything was as described. My tech, Victor, contacted me when he was about 20 minutes out. When he arrived, I knew Victor was my tech because he was in Precision Garage Door uniform and I had been texted a picture of Victor. I showed him what was wrong with the door. He had to replace both cables since one was broken and had to raise the over head door. He told me what he had to do to fix it, about how long it would take, and gave me a price for the repair. I agreed to the price and he immediately began work. He replaced both cables and had them done in about an hour. I am very satisfied with the way I was treated, the professionalism of the office staff, the professionalism and knowledge of my tech, and the price. There is no doubt that if I need another repair, Precision Garage Door will be the company I call and will gladly recommend Precision to my friends. I rate Precision 5 stars without hesitation.

I Googled "garage door opener repair", and Precision's website link came up (along with others). I made multiple inquiries to companies listed, checked consumer reviews, and decided on Precision. They were able to come to my home the same day - which I found impressive ( a company that actually does what they advertise). The technician was Victor. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My opener was not able to be repaired (too old), and he installed a new one at a fair price. He did a great job.

Gabe was phenomenal. He arrived at the scheduled time assessed the issue of the garage door and gave me a couple options. Once I decided which one I would like him to do he said it would take approximately an hour and a half. Gabe was done in just a little over an hour and everything is working perfectly. He was super nice and explained everything that he did to solve the problem.

Gabriel provided outstanding service. My garage door opener died with a bang (literally - loud bang with lots of white smoke) and Gabriel walked me through all of my options. After careful consideration, and having already done my homework on what to expect, I know that his recommendation was sound and reasonable. The work was done on the same day that I reported the problem and he was done in two hours. Entirely professional. The last thing I wanted before the explosion was a new garage door opener, but now the job is completed - and works quietly and smoothly, I wish I had done it earlier. Gabriel also showed me how to maintain the actual door so that I can delay replacing it (original to a 1953 home) for as long as possible. Service very timely. Technician polite and professional. Went through options for door repair or replacement. Went for repair option due to price (50% of new) and waiting time for new door. Only issue I have would be with price, but you get what you pay for.
