Service very timely. Technician polite and professional. Went through options for door repair or replacement. Went for repair option due to price (50% of new) and waiting time for new door. Only issue I have would be with price, but you get what you pay for.

We are extremely pleased with Precision. The tecks were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. We will highly recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors. They installed a new motor and programmed our vehicles with automatic sensor capability to operate the door. Thank you very much. We also appreciate their fast response to repair our problem, they advertised 24 hour service and they stuck by that commitment. Bravo!

Terrible price point and just called ABE Doors and it is less than half of what this company quoted. Shameful amount for little work. It cost $54.00 for nothing.

Victor was great, he had everything in his truck I needed to not only fix the door that needed repair but also shore-up the second door as well. I thought the two smaller brackets were a little pricey but I was impressed he got the work done quickly and the whole experience was super convenient. A couple hours later I had two working doors. The recurring problem is now fixed.

Today Victor came to our residence and installed a new garage door opener. He was here about 1 1/2 hours. The new door opener works perfectly. Victor did an excellent job and told us everything we needed to know. I would recommend your company and Victor.

Made the initial call to Precision Door on a Sunday (!) morning about 7:30; by 12:30p my garage door was up and running smoothly. This after the door was jammed (10p/Sat) and stuck in the halfway position. Damage was such that door could not be secured manually and temps were below zero. Tech Chris arrived and installed Hi cycle end bearing plates. The house was empty but he kept me posted (by phone) of progress. Tom was also most helpful. A very stress free experience. Admire their professionalism. One positive take away: speaking to a real person when the first call was made. I recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs.

I called one day prior and had a delightful conversation with receptionist who assured me there would take care of us immediately. Wow!! Gabriel was at my home within stated time calling beforehand which was exceptional. He came and assessed my problem within seconds and replaced a spring with new. Took no time at all and now garage is like new again. Did I tell you my wife and I are leaving for Florida within the next two days leaving my daughter, who is a professional nurse using garage with snowblower inside ready for a storm. What a relief! We can leave with the comfort garage will go up and down. Thank you Thank you!! Will call you in spring for more replacements.

Gabriel was awesome! He presented my options to replace my opener and very patiently and clearly explained everything, making sure I was informed and confident in its operation. He demonstrated using the keypad and activated the remote function of my car's buttons in operating the opener. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. I would give him higher than five stars if possible.

Found your business through a Google search. Liked your customer reviews. Greg arrived at noon and immediately went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our 15 year old Craftsman garage door opener. He was able to fix the opener and replace the lift cables.

Our garage door cable/pulley snapped slamming the garage door down and locking our car (and my motorcycle!) inside. Immediately called Precision (after two other no answers) and got someone on the line on a Saturday! That afternoon, hours earlier than scheduled!!!, Victor came (after a call up in Honesdale); he surveyed the damage to our wood garage door and said this is what we need to do. He gave me a quote ($$ but reasonable under the circumstances) and after we confirmed the work, he set about doing everything in a bit over 2 hours. All DONE...the system works better now than it has in 10 years...Great job Victor and Precision!!! We will definitely use you folks again .... if we need to.

Once again Precision has been such a positive experience. Victor was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and helpful. He diagnosed our door problem, gave us the options, and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each option. We chose to replace the elderly opener, and Victor went efficiently in action to not only install it but correct safety problems the old opener had. Would we recommend Precision and Victor? Absolutely!!!
