Precision Doors had an appointment at my neighbor's house and I lost my garage door remote so I was hoping they could squeeze me in while they were here in the area they waived the service charge because they were right next door and they were very accommodating and I was up and running in under 20 minutes. Great job will use them again.

The service technician was excellent. Greg was very knowledgeable on what we needed and condition of the Lift Master door openers we had. We now have openers and put an order in for another garage door in my restoration shop in the back of our property. The garage was insulated but needed an insulated door. Greg made suggestions as to which door to install and made it easy to make a decision. Great Job! Would recommend to other people I know in the old car hobby.

Greg did an excellent job installing our new garage door opener. There were some installation issues due to inadequate spacing issues. Greg’s knowledge, experience and quick thinking made the installation process quick and efficient. Greg was a pleasure to work with and get to know. We were preparing this house for sale. Courteous, prompt and efficient! I definitely recommend this company. Just having a real person answer the phone was a treat! And when Greg, my serviceman, confirmed that he was on his way, a photo of him was included in the text message. It's the little things that count and this company is well aware of that fact.
