We called Precision because you did work for my daughter. We were delighted with your service. Your technician, Victor, came promptly. He was exceptionally pleasant and efficient. Our garage door opener was replaced within an hour or two. It works great. It’s so much quieter than the old one, which made enough noise to wake the dead. Overall, an A- one effort. Thank you.

Greg was the technician that came to repair my garage door opener. Greg was friendly, explained what he was going to do and the pricing after he looked at the job. He was knowledgeable, efficient and neat. The door worked perfectly after the repair. I couldn't imagine a better experience. Greg and Precision Door have my highest recommendation!

I am very pleased with the quick and knowledgeable service provided by Chris. He clearly explained in detail all my options for getting my door repaired. Now it’s up to us to decide which will be the best way to go. In a few days, we will arrive at a decision. Thank you, guys!

Victor was very polite and professional. He quickly got our stuck door to open. I asked him to tune =up the two doors. He estimated the cost to refurbish and it seemed a lot to invest in 25 year old doors. Victor had also pointed out some other issues. In light of it all we went for new garage doors and operators. We will let you know when they are installed.

Victor was terrific. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. This is the second time I've used Precision and both times I was completely satisfied. You will be the first garage door service I will recommend and use again. Your office was very responsive and quick. Well done. Excellent customer service.

The rail bracket came off the post and split the wood so that the bracket could not be reattached in the same place. Victor came out, assessed the situation and came up with an innovative solution to the mounting issue. Victor was very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job repairing the door. It is now fully operational and quiet as ever. I would not hesitate to call Precision for any future repairs.

Started day off with a broken torsion spring. Garage door closed, 2 cars stuck inside. Called Precision at 10am, spring/bearings replaced by 12:30pm! Service provided by Victor, from him contacting me to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive, to him checking out the problem and discussing the estimate, to him replacing the spring/bearings and then discussing maintenance (spray lubing the spring). Very professional all around.

Punctual, competent, fairly priced services. Victor was the tech who identified the problem within a few minutes and was invested in fixing it and ensuring the other parts ran well too. In addition to the task at hand, he lubricated the garage door coils, checked the keypad, ensured the remotes worked well and provided useful tips on preventing issues. Would strongly recommend this team.

Resending: On Sunday I called for emergency service. A spring broke on our garage door, and obviously it could not be opened. Both our cars were in the garage, so we were stuck. I spoke with Kate, and she was very polite, professional, and arranged for a technician for emergency service. Chris was an excellent technician and did a very good job checking out the door and replacing the springs. I am a chemical engineer and handy with work around the house. I know good work when I see it. The charge was very reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend Precision Door.

I was pleased with the quick response I got from the Company. Greg was the technician sent to correct a defective door pad. He was very friendly and did an overall inspection of my entire door system. He was knowledgeable and did a thorough job. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of a door repair.

Repairs scheduled same day….Greg arrived and was very pleasant, informative and really presented all of our options in a very easy to understand way. He answered any questions I had and even talked to me about maintenance and what to look for in the future as far as additional wear and tear that may need attention BEFORE they fail. Thanks Greg! Price was reasonable and exactly what we anticipated.

My garage door stopped working on Saturday, April 20th. I called and was told someone would be out on Monday morning. The technician, Victor, called me when he was on his way. He was courteous and explained what needed to be done. He was done in no time and even helped me program my new car's garage door opener! From the phone call Saturday, assuring me that someone would be out ASAP to the actual installation, it was a very positive customer service experience. Thank you!
