My garage door spring decided to break on a Friday evening, trapping my car inside of my garage. Fortunately Chris from Precision was able to come out Saturday afternoon to replace the spring on my door. We called Precision Garage Door to repair a mal-functioning garage door. The technician (Mark Carter) was friendly, professional, and informative. After inspecting the problem he went over a couple options to repair or replace. I chose to replace the unit with a higher quality and quieter model. Mark showed me how to program the key pad and went over the remote control device. It was a very hot day and I really appreciated the work that Mark put into fixing our problem. I think we will be pleased with the quieter model.

Mark was great! I called on a Friday, and you were there already on Tuesday. My bottom seal had come off when I opened the garage door. Mark is extremely pleasant and knows his job. He replaced the seal and checked to make sure it was ok. Precision Doors had put all of my openers in a few years ago.Mark is courteous and pleasant and even called while on his way. What great customer service!!! Glad that I used Precision Doors.

Chris did a very good job explaining the cause of my old automatic garage door opener - power outages causing the malfunction. Opted to replace the garage door opener with a new one with battery backup function. Chris was very polite.

Definitely did not meet expectations, 1000 dollars to replace springs, what a joke, I really hope people do their research, and compare prices. Also to charge 85.00 no matter what, is insane. For 85.00 bucks I found replacement springs and will do myself. I love my money back as well, complete scam!!!!!!! I would no stars if I could
