Mark was great! I called on a Friday, and you were there already on Tuesday. My bottom seal had come off when I opened the garage door. Mark is extremely pleasant and knows his job. He replaced the seal and checked to make sure it was ok. Precision Doors had put all of my openers in a few years ago.Mark is courteous and pleasant and even called while on his way. What great customer service!!! Glad that I used Precision Doors.

Be ready to pay $85 when they show up, even to get an estimate. There was no transparancy. We paid money for nothing. Their pricing was out of line for industry standard.

Hello Elaine, While we regret that you are unhappy, there was full transparency when you clicked on the "I agree" box about the site visit fee before you could actually book for a technician to come out. Our technician came out in good faith and created estimates based on what was needed to get your garage door(s) operating properly. In regards to industry standards, we are very much in line with other professional companies in our costs. Our technicians are not handymen, they are highly trained professionals, we are fuly licensed and insured and we stand behind our products and our work. Anytime you are working with professionals you will have costs for their technicians to come out. If you would like, please contact our office and we would be happy to discuss the options further.

Chris did a very good job explaining the cause of my old automatic garage door opener - power outages causing the malfunction. Opted to replace the garage door opener with a new one with battery backup function. Chris was very polite.

Definitely did not meet expectations, 1000 dollars to replace springs, what a joke, I really hope people do their research, and compare prices. Also to charge 85.00 no matter what, is insane. For 85.00 bucks I found replacement springs and will do myself. I love my money back as well, complete scam!!!!!!! I would no stars if I could

Victor was very polite and professional. He quickly got our stuck door to open. I asked him to tune =up the two doors. He estimated the cost to refurbish and it seemed a lot to invest in 25 year old doors. Victor had also pointed out some other issues. In light of it all we went for new garage doors and operators. We will let you know when they are installed.

The rail bracket came off the post and split the wood so that the bracket could not be reattached in the same place. Victor came out, assessed the situation and came up with an innovative solution to the mounting issue. Victor was very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job repairing the door. Started day off with a broken torsion spring. Garage door closed, 2 cars stuck inside. Called Precision at 10am, spring/bearings replaced by 12:30pm! Service provided by Victor, from him contacting me to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive, to him checking out the problem and discussing the estimate, to him replacing the spring/bearings and then discussing maintenance (spray lubing the spring). Very professional all around.
