I called on a Friday and had a repairman scheduled the very next day. I had the opener and spring replaced. Technician Chris called ahead to inform me of his arrival time. My garage door broke on a Sunday night and I was presently surprised when a live person answered the telephone and made an appointment for me the following morning The service man was on time courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable about what to do to repair my door I thought the price for repairs was in the normal range And the service man run about his business making repairs quickly and keeping everything clean I was very pleased with the company and I certainly would recommend them and use them again

My garage door came off the track and was stuck in the open position. With the cold weather and possible snow in the future forecast, I needed assistance right away. Called 2 other companies and they couldn’t send a tech out. I then called Precision Door and a service tech, Gabe, arrived a couple hours later. He was very personable and took the time to answer any and all questions. I’m sure I will be extremely satisfied when I get my new garage doors installed. Great job. Original request was to replace gasket at the bottom of my garage doors. Came equipped with 3 types for me to select. In the process also discussed some opener problems which led to my purchase of 2 new openers. No sales pressure just facts. Install gave some problems which required a second day but this was not an inconvenience for me. Even helped with Homelink connection. Professional, courteous and informative.
