Precision came out within 5 hours of us contacting them. Professional, efficient and knowledgable. They fixed the garage door that had just broken as well as the one that had been broken for several years that we just wrote off as something we were going to have to replace. Both doors were fixed without us having to spend the money to replace, they open quite than they did before and more efficiently.

The service tech called to note he was on this way and arrived at the scheduled time. He introduced him self and did an evaluation of the problem. I was offered 3 types of solutions to the issue and each was a good value for the money. After my selection I signed my approval and the service tech got right to work. He explained what he was doing and why as he proceeded with the work. He was friendly and professional. The work was done neatly and correctly. He reviewed what he did and noted some routine maintenance things I could do over the coming years. In fact the whole experience from the on line sign up for the service call to the end of the job was positive in every way. I used this company years ago and the same level of great service still exists. I would highly recommend this company and their service techs to any one needing these services.

Greg was the tech that came to my house. He was very professional,polite and friendly. I highly recommend this company if all the tech conduct themselves with the same professionalism as Greg did. He came just to program me a new remote but he took the time to look over my door. He pointed out a few thing I need to watch out for. Keep up the good work folks !

Watch out for these people. Came over and started with one price that was high in itself but I needed the work done. Then they started to add on services until the bill was twice what they started with. Also refused to go back and do just the required service using warranty and liability as an excuse to do a complete overhaul. The garage door and supporting equipment are not that old. Only need the secondary springs changed. Only one was actually broken. I sent them packing. Called another company, came out same day and replaced the two springs for $125. Much better than the $575. that Precision wanted.

My technician, Gabriel, was a little late because of traffic. I was not happy, but when he arrived he was such a pleasant person and so competent as a mechanic I was very happy. He was so good he was able to diagnose my problem immediately. He changed my rollers, my springs and the cables. The door now works like new. Great five star service. I would recommend Gabriel to everyone.

I feel when a potential customer calls a business for service. I don’t think it is a good business practices to try and make xx money because a customer is in a crisis. I think any and all cost should be explained prior to the tech arriving at your home. I didn’t like that and honestly I would’ve made other choices if I knew they charge 80.00 to lift a door and a service call fee of 30. I felt like it was a little price gouging because I could’ve applied those funds to repairing my garage door. When I called the professional never informed me of such a fee to lift the door for 80.00. And the tech was training a new guy and I stood in the freezing cold waiting for 15 minutes until he explained to the trainee what to do on a job ( pricing for cable, cost of drums, wires, 7 ft door vs. a 8 ft door) I had to say politely can you do this in your truck or outside. Thanks Not satisfied

The company that I purchased my garage door from originally was very unresponsive and actually rude when I had a problem. I have had Precision do all of my service work ever since. They have gone out of their way to help me resolve problems over the phone so I didn't have to pay the service fee. And when I did need them to come out, they were unbelievably prompt in showing up to address my issue. I wish I had purchased the door from them initially and will certainly contact them if I need to purchase another in the future!

Our prior Garage door service provider is no longer in business, so when my opener died yesterday, I was a little nervous about who to go to.
