This was the second time we had Precision Doors to our house. Their service and protects are great. We had a new garage door opened installed this last time. Very satisfied with the new garage door open. Tom and the other installer were friendly, explained things and showed us everything about the new opener. Would only have Precision Doors for our jobs. I found the web site to be very impressive matched only by the service provided. I spoke with a "human being" when I made my initial call. They confirmed the appointment and gave me the name and picture of the technician who would be handling my service call. The technician called me from the road to tell exactly when he would arrive. Repairs and an inspection were made in a timely fashion. In today's world of speaking through answering "prompts", this was a unique and pleasurable experience.

On a Saturday morning my garage door broke and was stuck in the down position. It was not even possible to open it manually, so I could not get my car out of the garage. I called Precision Door in the morning and the door was fixed by the early afternoon. I didn't think I would be able to find anyone who could fix it at such short notice on a weekend. The replacement parts were very high quality.

Precision did a most satisfactory job replacing our Torsion Springs. Technician Joe Serrao was here the next day and was informative, knowledgeable, highly experienced and quite cordial. He quickly replaced the springs and got our garage doors working. Joe came back a few days later on his day off for a minor adjustment. I highly recommend Precision for quality & affordable Garage Door work. Ask for Joe. You won't be disappointed.
