Even though we had ugly weather they were still able to come same day and do an estimate and then install everything in a few hours. Both Brian and Aaron were wonderful and knowledgeable. Amazing service. Tom was so flexible in adapting to my schedule. His explanations were phenomenal..clear. He answered all my questions with honesty and concern. Cable on our garage door snapped and door wouldn't close. Called around 6pm in the evening and someone was here by 8am. Showed us another possible problem which he fixed also and we were glad he did, didn't want to have to call again in a few months. Repair person was knowledgable and helpful when asked questions. Wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again if we have an issue.

We were very pleased with the service. Tom Schray was punctual, polite and professional. He assessed our problem and checked out our garage doors for any additional near term disasters. He provided us with 3 estimates - one for the actual repair. The other 2 estimates were for preventive maintenance services. The choice was ours; there was no pressure.
