I found the web site to be very impressive matched only by the service provided. I spoke with a "human being" when I made my initial call. They confirmed the appointment and gave me the name and picture of the technician who would be handling my service call. The technician called me from the road to tell exactly when he would arrive. Repairs and an inspection were made in a timely fashion. In today's world of speaking through answering "prompts", this was a unique and pleasurable experience.

On a Saturday morning my garage door broke and was stuck in the down position. It was not even possible to open it manually, so I could not get my car out of the garage. I called Precision Door in the morning and the door was fixed by the early afternoon. I didn't think I would be able to find anyone who could fix it at such short notice on a weekend. The replacement parts were very high quality.

Precision did a most satisfactory job replacing our Torsion Springs. Technician Joe Serrao was here the next day and was informative, knowledgeable, highly experienced and quite cordial. He quickly replaced the springs and got our garage doors working. Joe came back a few days later on his day off for a minor adjustment. I highly recommend Precision for quality & affordable Garage Door work. Ask for Joe. You won't be disappointed.

I found the company online and was interested because they offer same day service. It was perfect for me because I ended up being off due to the weather. Even though we had ugly weather they were still able to come same day and do an estimate and then install everything in a few hours. Both Brian and Aaron were wonderful and knowledgeable. Cable on our garage door snapped and door wouldn't close. Called around 6pm in the evening and someone was here by 8am. Showed us another possible problem which he fixed also and we were glad he did, didn't want to have to call again in a few months. Repair person was knowledgable and helpful when asked questions. Wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again if we have an issue.

We were very pleased with the service. Tom Schray was punctual, polite and professional. He assessed our problem and checked out our garage doors for any additional near term disasters. He provided us with 3 estimates - one for the actual repair. The other 2 estimates were for preventive maintenance services. The choice was ours; there was no pressure.

Tom arrived just a few minutes after the appointment time, did a thorough evaluation of our door, gave us a fair estimate and had the repairs completed, all within an hour! Amazing!
