Victor did an outstanding job. He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me advice and options. He did an inspection and found a number of issues on a 35+ year door system. After replacing springs that had snapped as well of new rollers it was like a new door. He showed me what I should do for proper maintenance. The noise of the door was less than half of what it was previously. Everything works extremely smooth. I couldn't be happier. Thanks for a job well done.

The contractor knew exactly what the problem was so he fixed it temporarily until I contact them to place a new owner when I am not working. Just bought a new house, and needed a garage door opener. I called late on Monday afternoon and had it installed by Tuesday at 11am. Gregory, the technician called and arrived on time. Our conversation covered all our concerns. The entire system, which switched the 2 doors from Extension to Torsion and 2 new garage openers needed to be replaced (after 43 years). The only original items remaining were the doors and rollers, which we had previously replaced, and the tracks which the doors roll up on. We had researched alternative installations, and discussed our research in detail. Gregory was able to answer all our questions, and tailor our install to our needs. He did not oversell the items, made suggestions and we choose our options. The new install is sooooooo quiet and smooth in operation. After Gregory completed the installation, he cleaned-up and removed all the debris. We waited a month to post this review, and are totally satisfied with the professionalism of the entire experience, from initial contact to completion. Bravo!!

I called Precision after viewing their website and getting a quote by phone. Had 2 new belt driven openers installed promptly by “Gabriel” who was excellent! A Precision rep came out to measure for new garage doors. When I asked a few questions, he said he didn't have much time but would send an estimate by email. I never received anything.
