I normally do not participate in reviews. However, I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Precision Door. From Beth the representative who made my appointment to Greg my service tech it was a comforting experience. I was notified by Greg that he was on his way and he arrived when he said he would. He was very friendly and professional. He was also very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. I am very happy with the work performed and will refer them to anyone who is looking for repair or replacement.

Just bought a new house, and needed a garage door opener. I called late on Monday afternoon and had it installed by Tuesday at 11am. The installer (Greg) was extremely friendly and professional and provided me with everything I needed and more! The price was very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend using Precision.

Gregory, the technician called and arrived on time. Our conversation covered all our concerns. The entire system, which switched the 2 doors from Extension to Torsion and 2 new garage openers needed to be replaced (after 43 years). The only original items remaining were the doors and rollers, which we had previously replaced, and the tracks which the doors roll up on. We had researched alternative installations, and discussed our research in detail. Gregory was able to answer all our questions, and tailor our install to our needs. He did not oversell the items, made suggestions and we choose our options. The new install is sooooooo quiet and smooth in operation. After Gregory completed the installation, he cleaned-up and removed all the debris. We waited a month to post this review, and are totally satisfied with the professionalism of the entire experience, from initial contact to completion. Bravo!!

I called Precision after viewing their website and getting a quote by phone. Had 2 new belt driven openers installed promptly by “Gabriel” who was excellent! Service was prompt, courteous, professional and as quoted. I’m extremely pleased and the new openers operate flawlessly. They are also much quieter than the previous chain driven models we replaced.

I got in my car to go to work and the garage door wouldn't open more than 6 inches. I had no idea what was going on so I went where every other homeowner goes...Youtube! When I realized this wasn't a simple fix I found Precision Door and was impressed by the service. They took all of my information, gave me a quick appointment, Tom called to let me know his eta, and arrived as promised. He gave full explanations about the issue, didn't over sell me on anything, told me about the website coupons, and completed the job within an hour. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Would definitely reccomend this company for upgrades or emergency services. Thank you Tom & Precision!!

This was the second time we had Precision Doors to our house. Their service and protects are great. We had a new garage door opened installed this last time. Very satisfied with the new garage door open. Tom and the other installer were friendly, explained things and showed us everything about the new opener. Would only have Precision Doors for our jobs.
