I called Precision and a tech was here within 6 hours! Tech's name was Tom. He was very courteous and service orientated. Tom was quickly able to pinpoint the issues. After his efforts our doors work so much more smoothly and quieter. My wife and I could not be happier with the service and results.

Quick service, kept me UTD w/ETA. Job completed efficiently and in normal amount of time that I would expect. Not impressed with what I perceive as the upsell... However, I'm at the mercy of my garage door, so in order to avoid taking a chance w/another problem in the near future, I took all the options. My tech told me there was a warranty with what I was repairing so I'm hoping that gets me thru a decent amount of time without having to replace the opener system. Pricing may be a little steep, but I don't have any other company to compare to. I probably could've gotten a whole new system for the amount of $ I spent today. But.... I am completely grateful for the VERY quick response and service so I could use my garage again. Thank you!

Tom arrived less that two hours after my emergency call and proceeded to walk me through, A to Z, of what was required to have my garage door back up and operational. Different plans, costs, and products were presented and explained to assist me in making the correct choice. There is much one can take for granted regarding garage doors!. Tom was very professional and to the point. He answered my questions and put my concerns at ease. I would recommend Precision Door (and Tom, personally) to anyone needing help getting their doors repaired or even installing a new one.

We were extremely pleased with Precision's work on our garage doors. Tom Schray was knowledgeable and thoughtful in diagnosing our problems, and prompt and efficient in performing the work without exceeding the original estimate. We replaced two garage door openers and the pulleys, springs and chains on one of the garage doors. The doors now open and close much more smoothly and quietly. It was a pleasure to work with Tom. We would highly recommend Precision to others

Tried to upsell me even though I told him I sold the house today. Also garage door opener for a two car garage came with only one remote ! That's ridiculous.

Thanks for your feedback John. I understand your not wanting to put more money into a house you are selling, but if the door slams down from the Header, it is unsafe and reason your opener broke. This is not an upsell. This is the technicians honest advice.
