It was a pleasure to deal with precision garage doors. The initial phone call to start the process was quick and easy. They offered a variety of time frames for available service. Once Greg the technician, came to the house he evaluated what was wrong with my door. He was knowledgeable friendly and explained everything he was going to do and what was wrong thoroughly. Once he was done it was a drastic improvement on my door. It works great and is much quieter! The entire process was great!

service was prompt but price was excessive for what was done. 2 cables and 2 springs and 2 pulleys and a $ 400 plus dollar bill after radio and senior citizen discounts. Heard ad on radio though I d give you a try, but never again.

Tom did a very professional job of explaining what needed to be done to fix our garage door. The only comment I have is, it would have been nice to use the senior discount plus the $15.00 coupon, since anyone can use the $15.00 coupon, seniors then don't get to use the senior discount. Springs , rollers and cables were replaced.

Everything about the service was excellent. I appreciated the offer of an emergency call out that i canceled after I figure out a way to close my stuck open door. I appreciated that you had the brand x part that had broken that I couldn't find on the internet. Your tech didn't just replace a part which is something I could do if I had it. He made sure it operated smoothly via some adjustments I wouldn't know how to do. Now it goes up and down better than the day it was installed by one of your competitors about 12 years ago. He also fixed the broken electric eye and got us a new opener and explained what to do if we had a problem with it in the future. Altogether from start to finish it was timely excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service.

I got excellent service from both AJ and Tom. It was a tricky project, given some old and worn parts on the door, but despite needing to do considerably more than initially planned, they stood by the original estimate. I couldn't have asked for better service.

My garage door kept shorting out. I checked for garage door repairs and found the precision on the internet and called. They said someone could be there first thing in morning. Tech came and gave me options. I picked an option after they gave me quotes. They worked quite efficiently inspite of near 0 degrees. Everything went very smooth. I will recommend them to anyone. Garage door unable to close, called for repair and they were able to repair the next day which pleased me secondary to home security. He explained a package before diagnosing what was wrong. Closed the door then showed me what was wrong with the door. I had two springs each previously replaced and I was informed that the springs were too strong for my door, they needed replaced and I saw on cable was not safe so he recommend replacing both and all the rollers. So I took his word. All installed.

I love my new garage door. Everything about it is perfect and what I had hoped for. I love the color, hinged accents and the beautiful sun ray windows. The workers showed up on time and were polite, courteous, and cleaned everything up when the job was finished. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else.
