They came out the same day as I called. Didn't try to sell me more than I need it. Joe was very polite and had the repair done more quickly than he estimated.

Precision Door is absolutely excellent. Keith answered pleasantly and responsively when I called to report my malfunctioning door opener. He offered me some troubleshooting advice on the phone. When that failed he scheduled a service rep. visit to solve the problem. Tom came to my home at the conveniently scheduled time. He shared his analysis and offered me several solutions. I selected a new opener. Tom installed it to my satisfaction. It works well. I appreciate it and the great service by Precision Door!

We called Precision after a less-than-desirable experience with someone else in the past, and from start to finish we could not have had a better experience with Precison. Joe was able to quickly assess and fix the problem, which was not what we thought it was. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and we will definitely request him the next time we need garage door help.

Precision Doors has been great from the moment I first called! The technician called me ahead of my appointment so I could meet him at my home which had been recently hit by lightning. Both garage door openers were not working and needless to say it's been very stressful dealing with all the issues. When I got to my home, Joe was already there waiting patiently in the driveway. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional as he troubleshot the issues and explained my options. He completed all the repairs (which included replacing one door opener and (4) safety sensors) the same day, making this phase of my numerous repairs a positive experience. Thanks Joe and Precision Doors.

We had used Precision in the past and they did excellent work and were very reliable. They held to that high standard this time also. Joe worked efficiently as did Brian in the past. Not out to overcharge. Just great work for a fair price. Will always call when a problem arises.

Great experience! One of the cables broke the night before. I called the next day and they were out on the same day. In a few minutes, after a thorough inspection they confirmed my suspicions; they old spring system was not adequate for my door. They replaced the old system with a new torsion type, replaced the rollers and bottom seal and even ran the wires and mounted the safety eyes checking their work every step of the way. The technicians were professional and courteous. They called before coming over and followed up with a call when they were stuck in the typical 22 traffic nightmare. Very happy with the upgrade! The door is quieter than it ever was and when disengaged from the opener is light enough to open with two fingers. (Note: It was never that easy to open even with two hands) I will definitely call them again when the old opener eventually fails. (It is 15 years old now so it will happen but I am not worried because I have the number to Precision Doors!)

This business is terrific. I called and was told that someone would arrive for evaluation of the needed repair and maintenance on my garage doors within about 2 hours. Their service manager, Tom, arrived as promised. He did a complete evaluation of my 2 doors, gave me some alternatives, and offered me a better solution than I had even considered, all at a very fair price. I accepted the offer and Aaron, one of their service technicians was here shortly to work with Tom and complete the job. My wife and I are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Precision Door Service as a result. Much appreciated!

Precision Overhead came to my house AFTER I had a leading garage door company - and prior supplier - work on my troubled door (and miss the problem yet charge me for service) and Precision found the problem and fixed it immediately. My door now works extremely well. I am very satisfied and Precision is now my "go to" garage door company for our businesses as well as my home.

I called Precision and a tech was here within 6 hours! Tech's name was Tom. He was very courteous and service orientated. Tom was quickly able to pinpoint the issues. After his efforts our doors work so much more smoothly and quieter. My wife and I could not be happier with the service and results.

Quick service, kept me UTD w/ETA. Job completed efficiently and in normal amount of time that I would expect. Not impressed with what I perceive as the upsell... However, I'm at the mercy of my garage door, so in order to avoid taking a chance w/another problem in the near future, I took all the options. My tech told me there was a warranty with what I was repairing so I'm hoping that gets me thru a decent amount of time without having to replace the opener system. Pricing may be a little steep, but I don't have any other company to compare to. I probably could've gotten a whole new system for the amount of $ I spent today. But.... I am completely grateful for the VERY quick response and service so I could use my garage again. Thank you!

Tom arrived less that two hours after my emergency call and proceeded to walk me through, A to Z, of what was required to have my garage door back up and operational. Different plans, costs, and products were presented and explained to assist me in making the correct choice. There is much one can take for granted regarding garage doors!. Tom was very professional and to the point. He answered my questions and put my concerns at ease. I would recommend Precision Door (and Tom, personally) to anyone needing help getting their doors repaired or even installing a new one.
