We called Precision after a less-than-desirable experience with someone else in the past, and from start to finish we could not have had a better experience with Precison. Joe was able to quickly assess and fix the problem, which was not what we thought it was. Precision Doors has been great from the moment I first called! The technician called me ahead of my appointment so I could meet him at my home which had been recently hit by lightning. Both garage door openers were not working and needless to say it's been very stressful dealing with all the issues. When I got to my home, Joe was already there waiting patiently in the driveway. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional as he troubleshot the issues and explained my options. He completed all the repairs (which included replacing one door opener and (4) safety sensors) the same day, making this phase of my numerous repairs a positive experience. Great experience! One of the cables broke the night before. I called the next day and they were out on the same day. In a few minutes, after a thorough inspection they confirmed my suspicions; they old spring system was not adequate for my door. They replaced the old system with a new torsion type, replaced the rollers and bottom seal and even ran the wires and mounted the safety eyes checking their work every step of the way. The technicians were professional and courteous. They called before coming over and followed up with a call when they were stuck in the typical 22 traffic nightmare. Very happy with the upgrade! The door is quieter than it ever was and when disengaged from the opener is light enough to open with two fingers. (Note: It was never that easy to open even with two hands) I will definitely call them again when the old opener eventually fails. (It is 15 years old now so it will happen but I am not worried because I have the number to Precision Doors!)

This business is terrific. I called and was told that someone would arrive for evaluation of the needed repair and maintenance on my garage doors within about 2 hours. Their service manager, Tom, arrived as promised. He did a complete evaluation of my 2 doors, gave me some alternatives, and offered me a better solution than I had even considered, all at a very fair price. I accepted the offer and Aaron, one of their service technicians was here shortly to work with Tom and complete the job. My wife and I are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Precision Door Service as a result. Much appreciated!

Quick service, kept me UTD w/ETA. Job completed efficiently and in normal amount of time that I would expect. Not impressed with what I perceive as the upsell... However, I'm at the mercy of my garage door, so in order to avoid taking a chance w/another problem in the near future, I took all the options. My tech told me there was a warranty with what I was repairing so I'm hoping that gets me thru a decent amount of time without having to replace the opener system. Pricing may be a little steep, but I don't have any other company to compare to. I probably could've gotten a whole new system for the amount of $ I spent today. But.... I am completely grateful for the VERY quick response and service so I could use my garage again. Thank you!

Tom arrived less that two hours after my emergency call and proceeded to walk me through, A to Z, of what was required to have my garage door back up and operational. Different plans, costs, and products were presented and explained to assist me in making the correct choice. There is much one can take for granted regarding garage doors!. Tom was very professional and to the point. He answered my questions and put my concerns at ease. I would recommend Precision Door (and Tom, personally) to anyone needing help getting their doors repaired or even installing a new one.

Tom Schray was knowledgeable and thoughtful in diagnosing our problems, and prompt and efficient in performing the work without exceeding the original estimate.
