Gabe showed up on time, and did a great job, installing a new spring on my old garage door, and replacing some parts. He stalled and explained how the new garage door opener worked. I never had a garage door opener before, so this will be a luxury.

Excellent service, Gabe was a master of his craft. He explained everything at the start and reviewed his work at the end. My only surprise was the high cost of the springs vs online pricing. After 30 yrs. of the old ones, I didn't care as I won't be replacing these again.

Victor came and inspected the door and explained the various options to upgrade the door's motor. He was very professional. He showed me how to operate the cord and to insure the clip is positioned at the right angle to operate the opening and closing correctly. No parts were needed.

The tech Gabriel was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the garage door issues. He did a total rebuild of my door. Springs,rollers,cables,etc. It was more than I thought I would spend but all the parts were quality parts and much better than the original parts. I am very pleased, my door doesn't do the shimmy anymore and is very quiet.

From my original phone call to Precision I had a good feeling. The rep on the phone was friendly and courteous and had a good phone manner. Precision Doors had an appointment at my neighbor's house and I lost my garage door remote so I was hoping they could squeeze me in while they were here in the area they waived the service charge because they were right next door and they were very accommodating and I was up and running in under 20 minutes. Great job will use them again.
