Tech came and gave me options. I picked an option after they gave me quotes. They worked quite efficiently inspite of near 0 degrees. Everything went very smooth. I will recommend them to anyone. Garage door unable to close, called for repair and they were able to repair the next day which pleased me secondary to home security. He explained a package before diagnosing what was wrong. Closed the door then showed me what was wrong with the door. I had two springs each previously replaced and I was informed that the springs were too strong for my door, they needed replaced and I saw on cable was not safe so he recommend replacing both and all the rollers. So I took his word. All installed.

When that failed he scheduled a service rep. visit to solve the problem. Tom came to my home at the conveniently scheduled time. He shared his analysis and offered me several solutions. Precision Doors has been great from the moment I first called! The technician called me ahead of my appointment so I could meet him at my home which had been recently hit by lightning. Both garage door openers were not working and needless to say it's been very stressful dealing with all the issues. When I got to my home, Joe was already there waiting patiently in the driveway. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional as he troubleshot the issues and explained my options. He completed all the repairs (which included replacing one door opener and (4) safety sensors) the same day, making this phase of my numerous repairs a positive experience. Great experience! One of the cables broke the night before. I called the next day and they were out on the same day. In a few minutes, after a thorough inspection they confirmed my suspicions; they old spring system was not adequate for my door. They replaced the old system with a new torsion type, replaced the rollers and bottom seal and even ran the wires and mounted the safety eyes checking their work every step of the way. The technicians were professional and courteous. They called before coming over and followed up with a call when they were stuck in the typical 22 traffic nightmare. Very happy with the upgrade! The door is quieter than it ever was and when disengaged from the opener is light enough to open with two fingers. (Note: It was never that easy to open even with two hands) I will definitely call them again when the old opener eventually fails. (It is 15 years old now so it will happen but I am not worried because I have the number to Precision Doors!)

Their service manager, Tom, arrived as promised. He did a complete evaluation of my 2 doors, gave me some alternatives, and offered me a better solution than I had even considered, all at a very fair price. I accepted the offer and Aaron, one of their service technicians was here shortly to work with Tom and complete the job. My wife and I are very happy with the results.
