I had previous service with Tom for a different repair. This time Greg was the tech. I would highly recommend your company to anyone for three reasons: great service, reasonable prices, and most of all, GREAT STAFF from the office to the techs. It is a pleasure to work with all of you.

Gabe showed up on time, and did a great job, installing a new spring on my old garage door, and replacing some parts. He stalled and explained how the new garage door opener worked. I never had a garage door opener before, so this will be a luxury.

I chose precision based on the reviews i read while researching who to call to fix our door, and im happy i did. GABE our technician provided excellent service and insight on how and why the old spring parts failed, and then gave us a step by step of what he was going to replace and why. Im very happy with the service and i will continue to use precision for any future garage door needs we may have. Thank you guys again for the quick and easy service.

Excellent service, Gabe was a master of his craft. He explained everything at the start and reviewed his work at the end. My only surprise was the high cost of the springs vs online pricing. After 30 yrs. of the old ones, I didn't care as I won't be replacing these again.

Victor came and inspected the door and explained the various options to upgrade the door's motor. He was very professional. He showed me how to operate the cord and to insure the clip is positioned at the right angle to operate the opening and closing correctly. No parts were needed.

The tech Gabriel was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the garage door issues. He did a total rebuild of my door. Springs, rollers, cables, etc. It was more than I thought I would spend but all the parts were quality parts and much better than the original parts. I am very pleased, my door doesn't do the shimmy anymore and is very quiet.

From my original phone call to Precision I had a good feeling. The rep on the phone was friendly and courteous and had a good phone manner. I use to be in customer service and that is the first thing I look for when hiring a service. Greg showed up on time and was able to determine the problems right away. It took about an hour and the door was operating better than it was when I originally bought the house. I will be replacing the door in the future and Precision already has my business. I recommend Precision Garage Door service to everyone that needs garage door repair or replacement.

Courteous, prompt and efficient! I definitely recommend this company. Just having a real person answer the phone was a treat! And when Greg, my serviceman, confirmed that he was on his way, a photo of him was included in the text message. It's the little things that count and this company is well aware of that fact. Greg explained everything he was doing, and promptly made my day by getting all back in order!

Precision Doors had an appointment at my neighbor's house and I lost my garage door remote so I was hoping they could squeeze me in while they were here in the area they waived the service charge because they were right next door and they were very accommodating and I was up and running in under 20 minutes. Great job will use them again.
