I choose Precision because they had professionally trained technicians and they were insured. We are very pleased with the entire experience. All aspects of the service was thoroughly explained. Everything happened as described. The new doors are exactly what I had hoped for. We were given several options to either repair or replace and we choose replace. I also liked the quick responses for when we scheduled the installation. The whole process was an example of great customer service!

Unbelievable service! I was on a tight schedule and the two men, Tom and the "new guy" Greg, were prompt, professional and personable. They came exactly when they said that they would and finished precisely on time for me to get to an appointment. Their professionalism in explaining all of my options without pressuring for the costliest option was greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

This is a great family owned business, that takes pride in there work. I had them install garage doors at my home in Bethlehem along with my home in the Pocono’s. Your website stood out well explaining in full detail what you do. This is important because garage door repairs are not something that is thought about much of the time. I did not know where to turn. The service man, Tom, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to explain in full detail what the problem was and how he would fix it. It may be the best "home repair service" I have ever had. Found them when I went online and it was a good decision on my part. They worked with my schedule and came when it was convenient for me and the service tech was excellent. Tom was very friendly and listened to what I needed and made a few suggestions and explained the process thoroughly. I took his advice and have no regrets. Hopefully I will not need another repair for a long time but when I do, they are the one I will call. A+ all the way.

Everything about my experience with Precision was excellent from beginning to end. My initial phone call was very pleasant and it was easy to schedule next-day service for my broken garage door. Will arrived right on time at the beginning of my quoted slot and was an awesome tech. He quickly located the main source of the issue and provided me with different options/estimates given the age and condition of my garage door. He completely understood my budget and completed the repair needed to get me up and running again quickly and without upselling. I would highly recommend Precision (and Will as a tech) to anyone who needs garage door repairs.

monday after easter my garage door went on the fritz.so i called my garage door co .they said someone will call you in the morning. so morning came and i called them and they said thurs they can come.that didnt work.i called precision door service,in1hour and 45 min a 2 very nice workers showed up looked at problem and advised me of cost.the job was done very clean finish up and answered all my questions.i now have a new door co.also beth was great with follow up and call back great service jack l.

My garage door spring broke on Saturday evening, trapping both cars in the garage. I called another company that I had used before that offered "emergency" service but the earliest they would come was Monday afternoon. I took a chance and called Precision at 5:30 PM and Joe was on the job by 6:15 PM. I will definitely use Precision again.
