Great quick service. I call in AM 10AM or so and Victor was here to repair at 1:30 pm. I googled prior to this garage door repair and right away Precision showed up so I thought I give it a try. The nice girl answered the phone and was so pleasant to talk with. Victor did outstanding service!!!! I will hopefully not too soon need their service again. Love the 4 year warranty.

Victor was awesome. He arrived at my house within an hour of me calling. On a Sunday of all days. He examined my door, went over everything that it would need, and assured me he could fix it. In a little more than an hour the door was fixed, and he even replaced a bent bracket that wasn't a part of the original estimate. Saved me from needing a new door. Great job.

I have dealt with Precision twice now and each time was a pleasure. Had a garage door opener that worked well, until it didn’t. Seemed to be an intermittent issue that I was able to deal with for 6 months, until I finally decided to just purchase a new opener. Greg was my technician both times. He’s very personable and knowledgeable about his business and products. I felt confident in my choice and he even helped me set up the app to operate my garage door with my cell phone!
