I choose Precision Door on a recommendation from Bill Sheridan. He was a DJ on 99.9 The Hawk and boy am I glad I did. What professionals and the job was meticulous. Even did some extra work to make it better. Really like this company and would recommend them to anyone needing door service or new doors. 5 Stars

I called and a repairman was here in 1 hour. His name was Gregory Barndt. He was professional and took pride in his work. I highly recommend him and would use you company again when I have the need. Our garage door spring broke sometime in the evening or early morning. I called Precision the next day and they had a technician come and fix it the same day. Gabe Pojar had me fixed up in no time. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for repairs.

I have dealt with Precision twice now and each time was a pleasure. Had a garage door opener that worked well, until it didn’t. Seemed to be an intermittent issue that I was able to deal with for 6 months, until I finally decided to just purchase a new opener. Greg was my technician both times. He’s very personable and knowledgeable about his business and products. I felt confident in my choice and he even helped me set up the app to operate my garage door with my cell phone! I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Also, both times I received same day service. Which if you are stuck with garage door problems, you’d likely want them taken care of asap. ????

We were more than pleased with the service we received from Precision Door. It was our pleasure to have the service/repair of our garage door completed by a Greg. He was very informative & knowledgeable with the repair. We would definitely recommend Precision Door. Unfortunately for us our garage door is 35+ years old & will need to be replaced but thanks to Greg we will be able to use our garage door through the winter, as we had hoped. We will be replacing the door in the spring & Precision Door will be who we call.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for any garage door installation or opener sales and service. Angel installed new Harmon insulated garage doors in our house and the installation was very good. When it came time to install openers there were some challenges due to a low hanging obstruction containing some A/C duct work in one part of the garage. Tom from the Bethlehem location was able to think outside the box and with some clever ingenuity and determination he was able to install openers on all of our doors which work great. Tom and Victor did an excellent job with the installation. They showed up on time, worked hard the entire time they were there and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Tom didn't leave until he was sure everything was functioning properly, took the time to go over the operation features of the door openers with me and explain the WiFi features. All in all a great experience. They understand garage doors and understand customer service. As a result of Tom and his colleagues efforts I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of garage doors or openers in the future

Extremely pleased with the service from A (an inquiry call which was answered by a live, friendly person) to Z (the repair itself). The tech, Greg, informed me that he could show up earlier than the appointment time (= a good communication), and fully explained what needed to be done with recommendations. Glad to learn that a owner's wife is from the same country as we are! (Greg also mentioned that he has been there and has a fond memory) . Glad to ask the repair to this company!

I chose Precision because of the numerous reviews of this company. I knew one of their previous customers, so I called him. He too gave a good review of the company. After calling the company we set up a date for the installer to come to my house. We discussed my wants/needs with regards to an opener. On 6-4-20, Greg the installer came to my house, as scheduled (11AM). With no hassling on price, the discount I received was much greater than the price originally quoted to me over the phone. Greg was very knowledgeable with the installation, having all equipment on his truck, & answering all my questions. For two openers it took about 3 hours to complete. Greg did an excellent job explaining the WiFi set-up & capabilities of the system, as well as all other questions. Since this is only the second day I have the new garage door openers, I can't comment too much on their operation (they are working fine). But if the 2 units continue to work as well as they were advertised, I will be very happy for many years to come. Thank you Greg for all your hard work & thank you Precision.

Gabriel did an excellent job repairing the garage door. I would recommend the company because they were prompt and reasonably priced. The garage repair has a 10 years parts and labor warranty. The door opens and closes quietly compared to the old torsion system. Thank you for your service while we are quarantined due to COV-19.

I called on a Friday afternoon and the repair technician was at my home in less than an hour. His name was Victor and he did a great job. He explained the options and performed the work in a timely and professional manner. I would give him and Precision a 5. Beth at the office was also great during my initial call to the company.
