I received a call from the employee 15 minutes prior to his arrival (which was right on time). He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was quick to point out what was wrong, quoted me a price, and made the repairs all within an hours time. Very nice experience.

There was a bit of a delay in ordering the doors. That being said, OUR NEW GARAGE DOORS LOOK ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. We have received quite a few compliments from our neighbors. On the day of installation, the gentlemen spent many hours making sure that the job was done well. Came back the next day to do finishing touches.

called Precision after normal business hours - got right through and set up an appointment the next day... Intermittent problem tough to diagnose - door opener was working when tech showed up... Decided to get the Precision 800 - Tech was professional and got the job done quickly. Door works great and it's even quieter than the LiftMaster it replaced...

I am very pleased. The young technician, Leo, called me and told me what time he’d arrive, and he was right on time. Told me what needed to be done to fix the existing door, gave me the estimate, and amount of time he would need to fix it. Again, right on time. The door is now more quiet, and running smoothly. Leo was very courteous, my only issue was, he was wearing a New England Patriots hat. Haha!!! Job well done!

I would highly recommend this company. From my initial phone call to inquire about costs, service and to schedule appointment to the workmen performing the necessary repairs and updates to my garage door opener, including rollers, springs, new opener install, etc. I was treated with the utmost professionalism, promptness and kindness. The workmen were patient in explaining the mechanics and various costs to repair. Workmen were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Definitely will recommend this company to friends and family and will use this company in the future.

It's great to connect with a company that actually meets and exceeds its customers' expectations. Precision Door promised that its technician would arrive to fix our garage door within 24 hours... and they did. Tom, the technician, arrived on time, was courteous, listened well, and really knew his stuff when it comes to the operation and maintenance of garage doors and openers. He fixed our problem with 90 minutes at reasonable cost. Overall, an excellent customer experience.

I didnt realized that my garage door system was so old untill Tom fixed it, it now closes smooth and operates like a brand new garage door. My garage door opener failed last evening. I called Precision Door at 8:00 am and Tom Schray was at my house by 10:00 am to evaluate my situation. My opener was 17 years old and the fix was quite iffy considering it's age, I decided to replace it. Tom did a fantastic job in explaining my alternatives and proceeded to perform the work effectively and efficiently. Great job and I will strongly recommend Precision Door to everyone.

Very punctual and professional service. My garage door is now incredibly quiet and smooth after replacing my broken electric opener and some worn out hardware. I followed Tom's advice to replace rather than repair it, which may have cost me more, but initial quality and workmanship looks great.

It was Saturday and my garage door wouldn't go up. My car was stuck in the garage so I had to find a place that could perform emergency service. I chose your company since my google search for emergency garage repairs came up with your name. I did call another place before yours but I had to leave voicemail. When I called yours, I was able to speak to someone and you were able to schedule to have someone come out that same day. That other place I called and left a message did not call me back even though they advertise as having emergency service. The technician, Tom, called me not long after getting on the schedule to give me an ETA on when he would be there and even better he called me 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was coming. Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and gave me several options for the repair. Based on the age of the garage door and parts I chose the best option which was to replace the spring, drums, cables, and center bearing. The work was done very quickly and efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I will definitely recommend your company to others. Thank you for your professional and superb service!
