There was a bit of a delay in ordering the doors. That being said, OUR NEW GARAGE DOORS LOOK ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. We have received quite a few compliments from our neighbors. On the day of installation, the gentlemen spent many hours making sure that the job was done well. Came back the next day to do finishing touches.

I am very pleased. The young technician, Leo, called me and told me what time he’d arrive, and he was right on time. Told me what needed to be done to fix the existing door, gave me the estimate, and amount of time he would need to fix it. Again, right on time. The door is now more quiet, and running smoothly. Leo was very courteous, my only issue was, he was wearing a New England Patriots hat. Haha!!! Job well done!

My opener was 17 years old and the fix was quite iffy considering it's age, I decided to replace it. I called for an emergency repair for a snapped cable. Customer support was professional, and efficient. I called at 7:30 p.m. and the technician was at my door by 8 p.m. The technician, Tom, called in advance and arrived in a professional vehicle. Tom is friendly, and an excellent communicator, and solid technician. He provided options for service, and we were able to arrive at a resolution. We fixed the issues, and at no time was there heavy pressure to spend more than necessary to get my door working. Considering this was an emergency call, well after hours, I feel the rate was fair. The door works again, and I recommend without reservation.
