Professionalism with a smile. High quality product, excellent service, skilled and pleasant staff and technicians. When my garage door broke (the spring suddenly broke), it began to fall in toward my car. Blessedly, it stopped about an inch above my car. The first thing Precision provided was instant, on-the-spot service. Next, they calmed and reassured me. Then they gave me affordable, high-quality options, help with my insurance claim, and flawless installation of the new door. The installers checked several times to make sure everything worked, told me to call if I had any questions, and even cleaned up the garage floor. I wish I could give them more than five stars. I hope I never again have a broken garage door, but if I do, I know who I'll call. HIGHLY recommended.

We are so happy that we chose Precision Door Service for our new garage. Tom was very helpful and professional on the phone with us and Victor, our installer, did a phenomenal job. He cleaned up after himself and it was like no one had done any work and the openers just “magically” appeared! Victor was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the operation of the doors. Great quick service. I call in AM 10AM or so and Victor was here to repair at 1:30 pm. I googled prior to this garage door repair and right away Precision showed up so I thought I give it a try. The nice girl answered the phone and was so pleasant to talk with. Victor did outstanding service!!!! I will hopefully not too soon need their service again. Love the 4 year warranty.

5 stars. Technician called first, was on time, and upbeat. Checked and lubricated all 3 garage doors. Put one back on its track. New garage door opener on one. He was in and out in an hour. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. I'm very satisfied.

Victor was awesome. He arrived at my house within an hour of me calling. On a Sunday of all days. He examined my door, went over everything that it would need, and assured me he could fix it. In a little more than an hour the door was fixed, and he even replaced a bent bracket that wasn't a part of the original estimate. Saved me from needing a new door. Great job.
