Great quick service. I call in AM 10AM or so and Victor was here to repair at 1:30 pm. I googled prior to this garage door repair and right away Precision showed up so I thought I give it a try. The nice girl answered the phone and was so pleasant to talk with. Victor did outstanding service!!!! I will hopefully not too soon need their service again. Love the 4 year warranty.

Our garage door spring broke sometime in the evening or early morning. I called Precision the next day and they had a technician come and fix it the same day. Gabe Pojar had me fixed up in no time. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for repairs.

I have dealt with Precision twice now and each time was a pleasure. Had a garage door opener that worked well, until it didn’t. Seemed to be an intermittent issue that I was able to deal with for 6 months, until I finally decided to just purchase a new opener. Greg was my technician both times. He’s very personable and knowledgeable about his business and products. I felt confident in my choice and he even helped me set up the app to operate my garage door with my cell phone! We were more than pleased with the service we received from Precision Door. It was our pleasure to have the service/repair of our garage door completed by a Greg. He was very informative & knowledgeable with the repair. We would definitely recommend Precision Door. Unfortunately for us our garage door is 35+ years old & will need to be replaced but thanks to Greg we will be able to use our garage door through the winter, as we had hoped.
