My garage door stopped working suddenly two days ago. I called precision and they had a technician out there the same day. My technician Mark did a terrific job diagnosing and fixing the problem very quickly. After fixing the problem, he explained why it happened and gave me some options to consider for a permanent fix. I was very satisfied with my experience.

We were headed to airport when couldn’t open garage door! Called precision and they had a tech at our home in 30 minutes or less! When Frank arrived he identified the problem immediately and was able to replace the broken spring. We were so confident in his ability that we left him alone to close up house as we had to leave. Called on Wednesday about getting springs on door replaced. I was told that they could be out on Friday to do the job. Every other company I called said they would have to send out a tech to give an estimate and schedule the work for later. That was not going to work for me. The technician that came out to repair our garage and replace our springs in addition to installing new rollers was Matthew Murphy. Matt showed up right on time and after examining our garage door, he took the time to explain what the problems were and the options we had to repair it, along with the various detailed costs for each repair. Matt was quick and efficient doing the repairs. Additionally, he was very personable. I would recommend Precision Door Repairs to anyone.

Prompt professional service the technician was at my house within one and one half hours of my call, the broken spring was obvious but he completed a thorough inspection of the complete system and provided a detailed estimate of various repair options. It never fails when the weather is frigid that a person isn’t thinking about the garage door and the hatchback door of my car being open.
