Precision Doors has been great from the moment I first called! The technician called me ahead of my appointment so I could meet him at my home which had been recently hit by lightning. Both garage door openers were not working and needless to say it's been very stressful dealing with all the issues. When I got to my home, Joe was already there waiting patiently in the driveway. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional as he troubleshot the issues and explained my options. He completed all the repairs (which included replacing one door opener and (4) safety sensors) the same day, making this phase of my numerous repairs a positive experience.
