I found you through a recommendation by Sean Hannity on Fox news. Service was professional and the truck was well equipped to complete the job in the same day visit. Victor was knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very helpful with instruction for my new door opener. He programmed the key pad and remotes as well. Overall very satisfied with the service. Only downside is that I was unable to use any coupons.

I could have done the repair myself. The service tech didn’t know how to fix my problem. He called in to get help. If I was able to talk to someone like the service tech did, I would have saved $129.

Victor did an outstanding job. He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me advice and options. He did an inspection and found a number of issues on a 35+ year door system. After replacing springs that had snapped as well of new rollers it was like a new door. He showed me what I should do for proper maintenance. The noise of the door was less than half of what it was previously. Everything works extremely smooth. I couldn't be happier. Thanks for a job well done.

The contractor knew exactly what the problem was so he fixed it temporarily until I contact them to place a new owner when I am not working. Gregory, the technician called and arrived on time. Our conversation covered all our concerns. The entire system, which switched the 2 doors from Extension to Torsion and 2 new garage openers needed to be replaced (after 43 years). The only original items remaining were the doors and rollers, which we had previously replaced, and the tracks which the doors roll up on. We had researched alternative installations, and discussed our research in detail. Gregory was able to answer all our questions, and tailor our install to our needs. He did not oversell the items, made suggestions and we choose our options. The new install is sooooooo quiet and smooth in operation. After Gregory completed the installation, he cleaned-up and removed all the debris. We waited a month to post this review, and are totally satisfied with the professionalism of the entire experience, from initial contact to completion. Bravo!!
