Victor arrived exactly when expected, programmed a new remote, did a complete inspection of our door, springs, cables, etc., and advised us on possible future repairs to consider. Gregory, the technician called and arrived on time. Our conversation covered all our concerns. The entire system, which switched the 2 doors from Extension to Torsion and 2 new garage openers needed to be replaced (after 43 years). The only original items remaining were the doors and rollers, which we had previously replaced, and the tracks which the doors roll up on. We had researched alternative installations, and discussed our research in detail. Gregory was able to answer all our questions, and tailor our install to our needs. He did not oversell the items, made suggestions and we choose our options. The new install is sooooooo quiet and smooth in operation. After Gregory completed the installation, he cleaned-up and removed all the debris. We waited a month to post this review, and are totally satisfied with the professionalism of the entire experience, from initial contact to completion. Bravo!!

I called Precision after viewing their website and getting a quote by phone. Had 2 new belt driven openers installed promptly by “Gabriel” who was excellent!
