I could have done the repair myself. The service tech didn’t know how to fix my problem. He called in to get help. If I was able to talk to someone like the service tech did, I would have saved $129.

Yes. Frankly, we agree. We do offer free phone support for all WiFi related issues. Support for WiFi is also available from the manufacture. Unfortunately, when we send a service technician out to your house, there are real costs related. Technician pay, vehicle fuel and maintenance, etc. We greatly appreciate your feedback.

I was very happy with my technician, Victor. I was having a problem opening my garage door after a power outage and noticed a Precision truck at a neighbor's home. You put me on the schedule and Victor came promptly after finishing the 1st job. He inspected my garage door and pointed out parts that needed to be replaced. Very knowledgeable and efficient work was done. I am very satisfied and appreciative of your service!

Victor did an outstanding job. He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me advice and options. He did an inspection and found a number of issues on a 35+ year door system. After replacing springs that had snapped as well of new rollers it was like a new door. He showed me what I should do for proper maintenance. The noise of the door was less than half of what it was previously. Everything works extremely smooth. I couldn't be happier. Thanks for a job well done.

We needed a new universal remote for our garage door opener. Victor arrived exactly when expected, programmed a new remote, did a complete inspection of our door, springs, cables, etc., and advised us on possible future repairs to consider. He was courteous and efficient and we were very satisfied with the service he provided. Based on this experience, we would not hesitate to call Precision again for our garage door issues.

The contractor knew exactly what the problem was so he fixed it temporarily until I contact them to place a new owner when I am not working. One of our garage doors would not close properly. I called Précision because I had them here about two years ago and was very pleased with the product and service. Gregory, the technician called and arrived on time. Our conversation covered all our concerns. The entire system, which switched the 2 doors from Extension to Torsion and 2 new garage openers needed to be replaced (after 43 years). The only original items remaining were the doors and rollers, which we had previously replaced, and the tracks which the doors roll up on. We had researched alternative installations, and discussed our research in detail. Gregory was able to answer all our questions, and tailor our install to our needs. He did not oversell the items, made suggestions and we choose our options. The new install is sooooooo quiet and smooth in operation. After Gregory completed the installation, he cleaned-up and removed all the debris. We waited a month to post this review, and are totally satisfied with the professionalism of the entire experience, from initial contact to completion. Bravo!!

I called Precision after viewing their website and getting a quote by phone. Had 2 new belt driven openers installed promptly by “Gabriel” who was excellent! Service was prompt, courteous, professional and as quoted. I’m extremely pleased and the new openers operate flawlessly. They are also much quieter than the previous chain driven models we replaced.
