This is a great family owned business, that takes pride in there work. I had them install garage doors at my home in Bethlehem along with my home in the Pocono’s. Found them when I went online and it was a good decision on my part. They worked with my schedule and came when it was convenient for me and the service tech was excellent. monday after easter my garage door went on the fritz.so i called my garage door co .they said someone will call you in the morning. so morning came and i called them and they said thurs they can come.that didnt work.i called precision door service,in1hour and 45 min a 2 very nice workers showed up looked at problem and advised me of cost.the job was done very clean finish up and answered all my questions.i now have a new door co.also beth was great with follow up and call back great service jack l.

My garage door spring broke on Saturday evening, trapping both cars in the garage. I called another company that I had used before that offered "emergency" service but the earliest they would come was Monday afternoon. I took a chance and called Precision at 5:30 PM and Joe was on the job by 6:15 PM. I will definitely use Precision again.

It was Saturday and my garage door wouldn't go up. My car was stuck in the garage so I had to find a place that could perform emergency service. I chose your company since my google search for emergency garage repairs came up with your name. I did call another place before yours but I had to leave voicemail. When I called yours, I was able to speak to someone and you were able to schedule to have someone come out that same day. That other place I called and left a message did not call me back even though they advertise as having emergency service. The technician, Tom, called me not long after getting on the schedule to give me an ETA on when he would be there and even better he called me 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was coming. Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and gave me several options for the repair. Based on the age of the garage door and parts I chose the best option which was to replace the spring, drums, cables, and center bearing. The work was done very quickly and efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I will definitely recommend your company to others. Thank you for your professional and superb service!
