Unbelievable service! I was on a tight schedule and the two men, Tom and the "new guy" Greg, were prompt, professional and personable. They came exactly when they said that they would and finished precisely on time for me to get to an appointment. Their professionalism in explaining all of my options without pressuring for the costliest option was greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

This is a great family owned business, that takes pride in there work. I had them install garage doors at my home in Bethlehem along with my home in the Pocono’s. Found them when I went online and it was a good decision on my part. They worked with my schedule and came when it was convenient for me and the service tech was excellent. Tom was very friendly and listened to what I needed and made a few suggestions and explained the process thoroughly. I took his advice and have no regrets. Hopefully I will not need another repair for a long time but when I do, they are the one I will call. A+ all the way.

monday after easter my garage door went on the fritz.so i called my garage door co .they said someone will call you in the morning. so morning came and i called them and they said thurs they can come.that didnt work.i called precision door service,in1hour and 45 min a 2 very nice workers showed up looked at problem and advised me of cost.the job was done very clean finish up and answered all my questions.i now have a new door co.also beth was great with follow up and call back great service jack l.

We saw your advertisement in the Notre Dame church bulletin and decided to give your business a chance. We’re glad we did! We called this morning and were thrilled that a service person was able to come today. Tom, our technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us . He also was a superb teacher/instructor to his young trainee. Tom was very patient and thorough as an instructor. We are pleased with the work that was completed today. My garage door spring broke on Saturday evening, trapping both cars in the garage. I called another company that I had used before that offered "emergency" service but the earliest they would come was Monday afternoon. I took a chance and called Precision at 5:30 PM and Joe was on the job by 6:15 PM. I will definitely use Precision again.

It was Saturday and my garage door wouldn't go up. My car was stuck in the garage so I had to find a place that could perform emergency service. I chose your company since my google search for emergency garage repairs came up with your name. I did call another place before yours but I had to leave voicemail. When I called yours, I was able to speak to someone and you were able to schedule to have someone come out that same day. That other place I called and left a message did not call me back even though they advertise as having emergency service. The technician, Tom, called me not long after getting on the schedule to give me an ETA on when he would be there and even better he called me 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was coming. Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and gave me several options for the repair. Based on the age of the garage door and parts I chose the best option which was to replace the spring, drums, cables, and center bearing. The work was done very quickly and efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I will definitely recommend your company to others. Thank you for your professional and superb service!

There was a bit of a delay in ordering the doors. That being said, OUR NEW GARAGE DOORS LOOK ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. We have received quite a few compliments from our neighbors. On the day of installation, the gentlemen spent many hours making sure that the job was done well. Came back the next day to do finishing touches.

Decided to get the Precision 800 - Tech was professional and got the job done quickly. Door works great and it's even quieter than the LiftMaster it replaced...
