Called on Wednesday about getting springs on door replaced. I was told that they could be out on Friday to do the job. Every other company I called said they would have to send out a tech to give an estimate and schedule the work for later. That was not going to work for me. Mark from Precision showed up on Friday and had the job done in no time. Would recommend.

Matt showed up right on time and after examining our garage door, he took the time to explain what the problems were and the options we had to repair it, along with the various detailed costs for each repair. Prompt professional service the technician was at my house within one and one half hours of my call, the broken spring was obvious but he completed a thorough inspection of the complete system and provided a detailed estimate of various repair options. I used them for replacing old defective Craftsman door opener in my garage with new Genie 2128 door opener with 7’ belt drive and 2 remotes. Their response was fast, they came within a day, did neat work, friendly, and installed and demonstrated operations within 1 1/2 hours working. But total price was exorbitant. Above described Genie set is shown in eBay for $290.25, whereas they charged total $995.00! Which means, for 1 1/2 hours of work, their installation charges were about $700.00!
