Precision Door is absolutely excellent. Keith answered pleasantly and responsively when I called to report my malfunctioning door opener. He offered me some troubleshooting advice on the phone. When that failed he scheduled a service rep. visit to solve the problem. Tom came to my home at the conveniently scheduled time. He shared his analysis and offered me several solutions.
