We are so glad we called Precision Door repair. Our garage door is used so often that a broken spring early on a Saturday morning was an emergency to us. My garage door kept shorting out. I checked for garage door repairs and found the precision on the internet and called. They said someone could be there first thing in morning. Tech came and gave me options. I picked an option after they gave me quotes. They worked quite efficiently inspite of near 0 degrees. Everything went very smooth. I will recommend them to anyone. Precision Door is absolutely excellent. Keith answered pleasantly and responsively when I called to report my malfunctioning door opener. He offered me some troubleshooting advice on the phone. When that failed he scheduled a service rep. visit to solve the problem. Tom came to my home at the conveniently scheduled time. He shared his analysis and offered me several solutions. I selected a new opener. Tom installed it to my satisfaction. It works well. I appreciate it and the great service by Precision Door!

This business is terrific. I called and was told that someone would arrive for evaluation of the needed repair and maintenance on my garage doors within about 2 hours. Their service manager, Tom, arrived as promised. He did a complete evaluation of my 2 doors, gave me some alternatives, and offered me a better solution than I had even considered, all at a very fair price. I accepted the offer and Aaron, one of their service technicians was here shortly to work with Tom and complete the job. My wife and I are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Precision Door Service as a result. Much appreciated!

Tom arrived less that two hours after my emergency call and proceeded to walk me through, A to Z, of what was required to have my garage door back up and operational. Different plans, costs, and products were presented and explained to assist me in making the correct choice. There is much one can take for granted regarding garage doors!. Tom was very professional and to the point. He answered my questions and put my concerns at ease. Brian, the general manager, came out on a Sunday from Bucks County, and due to communication issues with another technician, he fixed my door perfectly free of charge.
