I Googled "garage door opener repair", and Precision's website link came up (along with others). I made multiple inquiries to companies listed, checked consumer reviews, and decided on Precision. They were able to come to my home the same day - which I found impressive ( a company that actually does what they advertise). The technician was Victor. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My opener was not able to be repaired (too old), and he installed a new one at a fair price. He did a great job.

Victor just replaced the garage door pull up cables. He then checked and fine tuned door alignment and balance. He was very focused on doing a quality repair. Victor is a valuable company asset.

Gabriel provided outstanding service. My garage door opener died with a bang (literally - loud bang with lots of white smoke) and Gabriel walked me through all of my options. After careful consideration, and having already done my homework on what to expect, I know that his recommendation was sound and reasonable. The work was done on the same day that I reported the problem and he was done in two hours. Entirely professional. The last thing I wanted before the explosion was a new garage door opener, but now the job is completed - and works quietly and smoothly, I wish I had done it earlier. Gabriel also showed me how to maintain the actual door so that I can delay replacing it (original to a 1953 home) for as long as possible. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Thanks, Gabriel and Precision Door Service.

They installed a new motor and programmed our vehicles with automatic sensor capability to operate the door. Thank you very much. We also appreciate their fast response to repair our problem, they advertised 24 hour service and they stuck by that commitment. Bravo!

Made the initial call to Precision Door on a Sunday (!) morning about 7:30; by 12:30p my garage door was up and running smoothly. This after the door was jammed (10p/Sat) and stuck in the halfway position. Damage was such that door could not be secured manually and temps were below zero. Tech Chris arrived and installed Hi cycle end bearing plates. The house was empty but he kept me posted (by phone) of progress. Tom was also most helpful. A very stress free experience. Admire their professionalism. One positive take away: speaking to a real person when the first call was made. I recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs.

Called Precision for a repair. Receptionist was very professional and helpful in scheduling an appointment for the next day. Gabriel was our service tech. He was at our home on time and completed the repair and clean up easily. Gab was very friendly and explained what repair was needed and gave us 2 options to choose from. Found your business through a Google search. Liked your customer reviews. Greg arrived at noon and immediately went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our 15 year old Craftsman garage door opener. He was able to fix the opener and replace the lift cables.

Our garage door cable/pulley snapped slamming the garage door down and locking our car (and my motorcycle!) inside. Immediately called Precision (after two other no answers) and got someone on the line on a Saturday! That afternoon, hours earlier than scheduled!!!, Victor came (after a call up in Honesdale); he surveyed the damage to our wood garage door and said this is what we need to do. He gave me a quote ($$ but reasonable under the circumstances) and after we confirmed the work, he set about doing everything in a bit over 2 hours. All DONE...the system works better now than it has in 10 years...Great job Victor and Precision!!! We will definitely use you folks again .... if we need to.

Horrible experience. Technician wasn’t experienced at all. Technician didnt have right parts. Technician asked me if I have that part available. Even spoke to manager about the issue and asked if he could come or send different technician to fix the he problem. Manager was very unprofessional.do not recommend anyone to take their service. This first time and it will be my last time to work with them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
