First I must say how much I appreciate your informative website. The repair tech arrived when expected and got right to work to assess the damage. He explained everything in detail and by informing me of wear on existing parts, he let me decide the extent of the repair. Best of all, he didn't try to sell me on something I really didn't need. Leo from Precision Door showed up promptly at 12:30, as promised by the call center. He inspected our garage door opener and made recommendations, explaining the costs of several options. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and I never felt any pressure to purchase anything. Once I made my decision he got right to work doing the repairs I had requested-and finished in about an hour! I am very impressed with Leo and Precision Door and recommend them to everyone!
