I am very pleased. The young technician, Leo, called me and told me what time he’d arrive, and he was right on time. Told me what needed to be done to fix the existing door, gave me the estimate, and amount of time he would need to fix it. Again, right on time. The door is now more quiet, and running smoothly. Leo was very courteous, my only issue was, he was wearing a New England Patriots hat. Haha!!! Job well done!

I would highly recommend this company. From my initial phone call to inquire about costs, service and to schedule appointment to the workmen performing the necessary repairs and updates to my garage door opener, including rollers, springs, new opener install, etc. I was treated with the utmost professionalism, promptness and kindness. The workmen were patient in explaining the mechanics and various costs to repair. Workmen were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I am so pleased with the prompt service by Tom Schray. He was very professional and might I add, very funny????????????. I didnt realized that my garage door system was so old untill Tom fixed it, it now closes smooth and operates like a brand new garage door. My garage door opener failed last evening. I called Precision Door at 8:00 am and Tom Schray was at my house by 10:00 am to evaluate my situation. My opener was 17 years old and the fix was quite iffy considering it's age, I decided to replace it. I called for an emergency repair for a snapped cable. Customer support was professional, and efficient. I called at 7:30 p.m. and the technician was at my door by 8 p.m. The technician, Tom, called in advance and arrived in a professional vehicle. Tom is friendly, and an excellent communicator, and solid technician. He provided options for service, and we were able to arrive at a resolution. We fixed the issues, and at no time was there heavy pressure to spend more than necessary to get my door working. Considering this was an emergency call, well after hours, I feel the rate was fair. The door works again, and I recommend without reservation.
