Tom did a very professional job of explaining what needed to be done to fix our garage door. The only comment I have is, it would have been nice to use the senior discount plus the $15.00 coupon, since anyone can use the $15.00 coupon, seniors then don't get to use the senior discount. Springs , rollers and cables were replaced.

Great experience! One of the cables broke the night before. I called the next day and they were out on the same day. In a few minutes, after a thorough inspection they confirmed my suspicions; they old spring system was not adequate for my door. They replaced the old system with a new torsion type, replaced the rollers and bottom seal and even ran the wires and mounted the safety eyes checking their work every step of the way. The technicians were professional and courteous. They called before coming over and followed up with a call when they were stuck in the typical 22 traffic nightmare. Very happy with the upgrade! The door is quieter than it ever was and when disengaged from the opener is light enough to open with two fingers. (Note: It was never that easy to open even with two hands) I will definitely call them again when the old opener eventually fails. (It is 15 years old now so it will happen but I am not worried because I have the number to Precision Doors!)

I called Precision and a tech was here within 6 hours! Tech's name was Tom. He was very courteous and service orientated. Tom was quickly able to pinpoint the issues. After his efforts our doors work so much more smoothly and quieter. My wife and I could not be happier with the service and results.

Tried to upsell me even though I told him I sold the house today. Also garage door opener for a two car garage came with only one remote ! That's ridiculous.
Thanks for your feedback John. I understand your not wanting to put more money into a house you are selling, but if the door slams down from the Header, it is unsafe and reason your opener broke. This is not an upsell. This is the technicians honest advice.
