Our prior Garage door service provider is no longer in business, so when my opener died yesterday, I was a little nervous about who to go to. I did some research, found out that a friend has used this company and I called. I love the 24/7 live operator service. Christine was pleasant and scheduled a service appt for today, at a time that worked for me. Today, Leo arrived EARLY and quickly diagnosed the problem, installed the new opener and taught me how to use the new one. All my contact with this company has been pleasant, easy and prompt.
